How are calls billed?

We offer local phone numbers from various countries, allowing you to receive unlimited incoming calls via VoIP and voicemail for a fixed monthly price—no per-minute charges. However, if you choose to forward your calls to a regular phone (landline), mobile phone, or make outgoing calls, per-minute forwarding charges will apply.

All forwarded and outbound calls are billed per minute. The first minute is charged as soon as the call is answered. A one-minute charge applies to all calls lasting between 1 and 59 seconds (including calls immediately declined after answering). Once a call reaches 60 seconds, the next minute charge is applied.
