Follow `pagination.next_cursor` while `has_more` is true. - `GET https://sendmycall.com/api/v1/rates/calling?to=%2B`: the per-minute price of calls and forwards to one number; `GET https://sendmycall.com/api/v1/rates/forwarding?country=XX`: the range for a country. - Keep to 60 requests a minute; on `429` wait `Retry-After` seconds.
